If you need to lose a few kg’s and the weight just won’t seem to budge. Try not to overcomplicate things and throw everything in the too hard basket.
You may already be on the right track, but you just need to make one or two simple behavioural changes that will make the world of difference to your results.
Here are some examples below where you could be going wrong.
👊You are eating really well, but you could be over eating on weekends.
👊You are slightly under reporting your caloric intake and therefore are not in a deficit.
👊You are underestimating how many calories you are drinking
👊You may be eating too many foods that are perceived as ‘healthy’ but are just high in calories
Often the best plans are the ones that are the simplest.

Keep things simple..
If you need to drop a few kgs of body fat, one easy way could be to pick two days of the week and have no ‘treat’ type foods.
There is nothing wrong with eating all kinds of foods. However, if you are carrying a few extra kgs the chances are you have over done it.
Reign it in.
Do two days a week with no chocolate, lollies, biscuits, chips, takeaway, soft drink, alcohol, ice cream etc.
Often the best plans are the simplest.

Jersey Day 👕
FRIDAY THE 30th OF AUGUST
Wear your favourite sporting jersey to the gym and begin the conversation with your family and friends about the importance of becoming an organ and tissue donor. Jersey Day was inspired by the gift of life that Nathan Gremmo gave to six people when he became an organ donor at age 13.
Jersey Day is all about raising awareness – there is no requirement to raise funds. Jersey Day is fun, it’s free and by registering to become an organ and tissue donor you could be helping to save a life. 🛟

One of the most frequently asked questions we get is “Can I bring my kids along to my sessions?” 🤷🏻♂️👶🏼🤷🏼♀️
Yes, kids are most certainly welcome!
We know how hard it is for our busy mums to train. So we have a small fenced off session in the gym. The kids corner is equipped with Netflix, Toys and Wifi so that the kids can be entertained for the hour. 🥲
Kids who are young enough to still stay in their prams are welcome to be parked up against a wall in the gym.
The kids corner is visible from where you are training! 💪🏻
So if you need to tend to your child during the session you can easily do so!
