Most of my clients know I have a second job doing real estate photography.Today, this other contractor threaten to shoot me two times over simple, misunderstanding, and he was a older guy. So you ask... whats 4.0 Fit all About?
Personally, my weight loss journey has taken me through some highs and lows. I joined a local gym in October 2012. My goal was to lose a little weight because I wanted to be more active with my kids. Little did I know God had other plans for me!
In the beginning I must admit it was so hard. My training was plagued with many failures, but with faith in God & support from my family and friends I was able to get on the right track. I begin to notice within a few months and then down to the weeks my body begin to transform tremendously.
But here’s a few things that I had to COMMIT myself to:
-I was willing to make a lifestyle change, in order for my life to begin to change.
