🎄 7 minutes of Synchro Burpees
🎁Both partners chest and thighs must be touching the ground at same time . (This will be the only part of the movement in synch)
🎁Full hip extension at top with hands over head
🎄 First Tie Break will be most reps at min 1
🎄 Second Tie Break will be max cals on echo bike
🎄Teams will be seeded 1-26 depending on their score of 12.1
🎁Top 1/2 of teams will be in head to head Rx bracket for Gold . (Rx Open Standards)
🎁Bottom 1/2 of teams will be in a head to head scaled bracket for Silver . (Scaled Open standards)
🎄Brackets are single elimination but there is a consolation WOD for teams eliminated in their second workout
