With Rumble by the River approaching, here are some of the movements that may or may not be part of the event.
Elite individual, RX, Scaled and Master Athletes will be required to execute the following movements at various weights and distances.
All movement standards, weight, volume, and distances will be posted in June to give you enough prep time. Till then, stay after it!
