Little League Communication Guidelines & Important Information

Who to Contact When You Have a Concern:

For Player Issues (playing time, positions, etc.):
• Talk to Team Parent first
• Team Parent → Manager → Player Agent → Commissioner → President → Board

For All Other Issues (uniforms, scheduling, etc.):
• Talk to Team Parent first
• Team Parent → Head Coach → Commissioners → Board → President → District 3 → Region

Important Exceptions:
• Picture Day Issues: Contact League President (Debbie) directly

Key Responsibilities:

Concession Stand:
• 100% volunteer operated
• Check your assigned date
• Mark your calendar – participation required

Uniforms:
• Direct all uniform questions to your Team Parent

Remember:
• Always start with your Team Parent unless specified otherwise
• Following these guidelines helps us address concerns quickly
• Your participation in volunteer duties helps keep league costs down

Opening Ceremonies
Date: February 22, 2025
Time: 8:00 AM

All teams scheduled for the first round of games must attend the Opening Ceremonies. Additional participants are welcome to join in the celebration. Athletes, coaches, and support staff who wish to participate should arrive 30 minutes before the start time.

Dear Little League Families,

What an incredible turnout at our recent tryouts! We're thrilled by the enthusiasm and patience everyone showed throughout the day. While the wait times were longer than ideal, we're already working on streamlining next year's process to make it more efficient for all our families.

Here's what you need to know about team assignments:

Our competitive divisions have begun their draft process, and coaches are currently reaching out to players. For AAA, AA Baseball, Minor Softball, Coach Pitch, and T-Ball divisions, you can expect to receive team assignments next week.

Important: If you haven't heard from a coach by January 25th, please contact our Player Agent, Franny McNutt, at [email protected]. Until then, we kindly ask for your patience as our coaches work through their rosters.

We're looking forward to an amazing season of baseball and softball!

Player Evaluations (tryouts) will be on Saturday January 11 and Sunday January 12, 2025. Players will need to attend ONLY one of the two days.

NOTE: Tball, baseball coach pitch and girls coach do not need to attend Player Evaluations/tryout.

Baseball:
Junior Baseball - 8:30 - 10:00 - Field 4
Major Baseball - 9:30 - 11:00 - Field 3
AAA and AA Minor Baseball - 11:30 - 2:30 - Field 3

Softball:
Major Softball - 8:30 -10:00 - Field 1
Minor Softball - 10:00 - 11:00 - Field 1
Junior Softball - 11:30 -12:30 - Field 1

NOTE: Players who were drafted and played on a Major Baseball, Major Softball, Junior Baseball and Junior Softball team in Spring 2024 do not need to attend Player Evaluations (tryout).

NOTE: Players who are moving up to a division will need to attend Player Evaluations/tryouts even if a parent is a coach.
Players moving from coach pitch to AA minors will need to attend Player Evaluations/tryouts.
Players moving from AA to AAA will need to attend Player Evaluations/tryouts.
Players moving from AAA to majors will need to attend Player Evaluations/tryout.
Players moving from majors to junior will need to attend Player Evaluations/tryout.
