
One of the biggest things in successful training is staying healthy! Be sure to keep taking care of nagging aches and pains. What starts as a small crack can eventually lead to much bigger problems. For high level training it is very important to use all therapeutic modalities, including massage, physical therapy, sports medicine, chiropractics, corrective exercise, etc. and above all LISTEN to your BODY! Don’t just train hard, train smart! Know when to push, know when to back off, and be relentless!
