WE ARE BACK! Been away for a while but group HIIT classes now scheduled Monday and Wednesday evenings at 630pm! These girls have been crushing it the last few sessions and slowly growing in numbers. Come join this great atmosphere! @ FLEX 365

All you need is 15 minutes! Try either one of these HIIT workouts and you will see what 15 minutes can do. 30 seconds each exercise with a 5 second break to change. If you want to try this at home change some of the exercises out for inch worms or even ab exercises. Follow the numbers and good luck! @ FLEX 365

Taking a day for active recovery, stretching, and release is crucial in any workout program. Giving your muscles time to relax and recover will not only help improve the next training session, but also help reduce inflammation and pain throughout the body. Train smarter not harder. 💪 @ FLEX 365
