All you need is 15 minutes! Try either one of these HIIT workouts and you will see what 15 minutes can do. 30 seconds each exercise with a 5 second break to change. If you want to try this at home change some of the exercises out for inch worms or even ab exercises. Follow the numbers and good luck! @ FLEX 365

We have bad days and we have good days, we have successes and failures. The attitude we chose to have towards every aspect of life is what motivates us to either push forward or stop trying.
