Our Story

In 1983, we opened Ronda’s Total Technique in Dance on Main Street, in Blue Springs, MO. Because of the overwhelming amount of support and students we transitioned into our current building on U.S. 40 Hwy, in Blue Springs, MO, as Ronda’s Elite. As the owner I consider myself to be very fortunate to be in a profession that I truly love and I am grateful for the opportunity to meet and touch the lives of so many special children through the years. We strive to instill self-esteem, self-confidence, and life lessons in each child, as these are qualities that the children will carry with them through their lifetime. Dance training develops not only grace and a strong body, but it also teaches children the importance of expressing themselves artistically and creatively!
