The Argyle is reopening after their brief break to prepare for the year ahead—take a look at this week's specials! Please note that St. Andrew's Pub will open later in the week, as we reassemble and place new furniture in the space. We will let club members know when the Pub reopens.

Just a reminder to residents and golf club members that we will be closing the offices early today at 2:00 PM in honor of New Year's Eve—and all day tomorrow on January 1, 2025. We wish everyone a safe and happy holiday!

Don’t forget to come join us on Friday, December 6th for our Annual Holiday Sale! Whether you need to find a gift, use your credit book money by the end of the year, or would just like to come socialize at the club; plan on being at the club on Friday.

Golf shop will be open; but the big discounts, clearance items, raffle, food, and drinks will all be upstairs in the Banquet Rooms.

Greens aerification was set for Tuesday and Wednesday of this week. However, there is a material shortage so Maintenance Staff could not get the required USGA spec sand until Thursday.

So we will open tomorrow (Tuesday Sept 10th) and be closed on Wednesday and Thursday of this week. (September 11th and 12th)

For anyone that had a tee time booked on Thursday we have moved you to the same time on Tuesday. If that doesn’t work for you or your group, please remove those times from the tee sheet, or give us a call at (816).541.2455 for assistance. We apologize for the inconvenience, but the process has to take place so that the greens heal up completely and quickly. Thank you for understanding.

The 3rd Annual Rocking the Fairway is scheduled for this Saturday! See the golf genius event link below for details and for registration. Weather looks perfect for the event, so come out and enjoy the live music and some drinks! There will also be hotdogs and hamburgers for sale during the event.

Tomorrow the 2024 MGA Summer Classic will begin at the Lakewood Oaks Country Club—it is our biggest tournament of the year, and we look forward to hosting another great event for our club members and their guests. Due to the size and scope of the event, The Argyle will be CLOSED on Saturday 06/22/2024, and REOPEN on the following Wednesday 06/26/2024. We appreciate your understanding.

The Porte-cochère (or awning), and two parking areas immediately down the hill from it at the Lakewood Oaks Country Club Building/LPOA Offices will be CLOSED for resurfacing the asphalt beginning Sunday, April 14, and REOPEN Wednesday April 17 in the morning.
