We're thrilled to announce the expansion of our **Group Circuit Training** classes! These classes will kick off in either April or May, depending on response. Classes will be offered Monday and Wednesdays evenings at 5:30 PM. Complimentary Saturday morning classes will still be held at 8:00 AM. 💪✨
Here’s what you can look forward to:
✅ **Unlimited Attendance:** Just $120 per month for unlimited access to all group circuit training classes!
✅ **Dynamic Workouts:** Enjoy a blend of strength training and cardio in a supportive environment. Our GCT classes are not only highly efficient but also cheaper than those fitness centers with orange in their name—perfect for supporting your resistance training goals!
