Can I do workouts on my own or do I have to take a class? We are a full service gym and we are open 24 hours! You can do workouts on your own with our free weights or machines or join one of our 30 minute HIIT classes!
Do I have to make a 12 month commitment to join? You sure don’t! We have 12 month options but you can also sign up for month to month!

Each movement will have a video and complete guidance! You will also be able to track your reps and weights. Can’t make it to class? No problem! You have a class waiting for you in the app!
