Throwback transformation with my guy Chance! We were on track to hit his first time on stage in men’s physique. We didnt get to in the end but i was very proud of some of the progress we made during that prep. This was about 10 weeks into dieting out of 15 week prep

Meant to post these a few weeks ago but better late than never. Heres Ryans progression so far! I cant tell you how proud I am of him. The dedication and discipline he has shown has been paying off. Hes trusted the process the entire way. When you do…the results come to you. In this amount of time so far he has lost a total of 38 inches, 40 lbs in total body weight, a little over 10% in body fat. Hes not stopping at all and hes only continuing to better his health and fitness. Also remember this isnt s sprint or temporary solution …it’s an adopted lifestyle. It starts with YOU.

Lets give another s/o to my guy Brad on getting through 3 months of training with . In that 3 months he lost a little over 10 inches and about 6% of body fat! When you start to get down to the nitty gritty it gets challenging to pull more off. But its important to keep trusting the process and making the necessary adjustments. Brad has killed it and I couldnt be more proud of the progress he has made. A lot more work to do still. Remember this isnt short term. ITS A LIFESTYLE!

Congratulations to my guy Daniel for winning my Empowering Lifestyles 8 week fitness challlenge! The goal for winning was get the best results while having the best work ethic throughout the process.
