As the weather warms up, we’re kicking off a Track Your Mileage Challenge throughout April! 😊
Here’s how it works:
✔️ Sign up to participate and track your progress.
✔️ Each athlete will have an individual tracking sheet inside a binder at the front desk.
✔️ Log your miles each day to see how far you can go!
✔️ Can’t run? No problem! Biking / Walking counts too!
Tracking Details:
🏃 Running/Walking Log – Record your total meters ran or walked.
🚴 Biking Log – Record your total meters biked.
📏 Conversion: 400m run = 1000m bike (1:2.5 ratio).
PRIZES 🏆
1st Place - $50 Amazon Gift Card

Not just one, but two exceptional coaches joining the CHC Coaching Staff! Join us in welcoming Nick Boudreau to our team!
Born and raised in New Hampshire, Nick made the move to North Carolina in 2020 to pursue his graduate studies. With a background in powerlifting and long-distance running, he eventually found his way to CrossFit, drawn in by the strong sense of community that sets it apart.
In 2023, Nick co-founded NBDFitness alongside Coach Nick D, where they focus on coaching and programming for both competitive athletes and affiliates. As a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, Nick is dedicated to helping athletes of all backgrounds build strength, enhance performance, and truly enjoy their fitness journey.
Now, as part of College Hill CrossFit, he is eager to bring his expertise and enthusiasm to our supportive and dynamic environment.

We’re thrilled to welcome Nick DiMarco to the College Hill CrossFit Coaching Staff!
Nick brings extensive experience in strength and conditioning. He is currently the Assistant Athletics Director for Sports Performance at Elon University and has coached collegiate athletes since 2013. His journey began with University of Iowa football and continued at William Penn University during his undergrad years.
A lifelong strength and conditioning enthusiast, Nick has competed in powerlifting, Olympic lifting, and strongman. Since discovering CrossFit in 2019, he has been fully dedicated to its methodology.
• Ph.D. in Health & Human Performance (Graduating May 2nd)
• M.S. in Exercise Science
• B.A. in Strength & Conditioning
• Certifications: CSCS, SCCC, PES, TPI1, PN1, CPR/AED
With a background in elite athletic performance and a deep understanding of human movement, Nick is ready to help athletes of all levels improve their strength, endurance, and overall fitness.

🔥 Member of the Month: Diego Castano! 🔥
Consistency, Energy, and Community. He embodies it ALL. Throughout February, Diego showed up day in and day out, pushing himself while lifting up those around him. He’s the kind of athlete who cheers the loudest for his fellow members and challenges them to be their best.
This past month, Diego tackled new skills head-on, mastering double unders and confidently kicking up to a handstand on the wall. He also fine-tuned his clean & jerk and sn**ch technique, always eager to learn by asking the right questions and striving to meet movement standards.
But what truly sets Diego apart is his heartfelt energy and community-driven spirit. Whether it’s crushing his first-ever Open workout or making every member, new or seasoned feel welcome, he represents what College Hill CrossFit is all about.
