Proehlific Park

Our Family Sports Complex and Adult Fitness Center offers many options for everyone in the family! We provide After School and all day Summer care for children.

Proehlific Park offers many programs for the community for adults, kids and athletes at all skill levels. Our fitness center is state of the art and offers memberships for adults. Our Proehlific Sports Performance or PSP program provides speed and agility as well as conditioning and nutrition advice for professional athletes and local athletes of all ages. Our leagues are popular with adults and kids alike, so check out our website for more information on all of our programs!

We would like to say THANK YOU to everyone that voted for us in the 2025 Triad Moms On Main Choice Awards! We won "Favorite Child Sports Program Or Facility" in the Greensboro/Burlington area!

We take pride in our programming being safe, competitive, and fun for everyone!

Thank you to everyone that has participated and continues to participate in our youth programs whether it be After School, Summer Blast camp, PSP training, Basketball, or Flag Football. We wouldn't be here if it wasn't for all of you!

WEATHER UPDATE: Due to the ongoing worsening conditions, Proehlific Park will be closed as of 4:00 this afternoon. Youth basketball tomorrow (1/11) has been canceled and any hours of operation for tomorrow for the fitness center will be determined as the night goes on.

Hello Proehlific Park family!

We are closely monitoring the weather forecast for tomorrow afternoon into Saturday. As the situation develops we will make the decisions necessary to ensure that all of our staff, members, and guests are safe.

There will be NO After School Program availability tomorrow.

Basketball practice for tonight is on as scheduled. As we progress into tomorrow, decisions will be made about Friday evening and Saturday activities.
