An adaptive sports league for children and adults with intellectual delays and developmental disabil
The Challenger Sports League (CSL) was originally founded by families of children with ID/DD that wanted their children to participate in active sports that was modified for persons with a disability. At the time a program such as this did not exist in Greensboro, so they began their own baseball league. A few years later, The Arc of Greensboro adopted the league and ever since has proceeded to help it grow and flourish.
