⭐️Watch Out for These Sneaky High Calorie Foods!

Not all calories are created equal! Some foods seem harmless but are packed with unnecessary calories, unhealthy fats, and sugars that can lead to excessive weight gain. Here are a few culprits to watch out for:

Fancy Coffee Drinks – That caramel macchiato or iced latte? Could be 300-500+ calories loaded with sugar and syrups.

Bagels & Muffins – A single bagel can pack 400+ calories before you even add cream cheese or butter. Muffins? Basically cake in disguise.

Sushi Rolls – Those tempura, spicy mayo, and cream cheese-loaded rolls? Easily 500-700+ calories per roll.

Nut Butters – Healthy in moderation, but 2 tablespoons can quickly turn into 400+ calories if you’re not careful.

Salads with Heavy Dressing – A “healthy” salad can become a 1,000-calorie meal when drenched in creamy dressing, croutons, and cheese.
