We hope you've all had a chance to meet Coach Adrial by now. This powerhouse lady is, among other things, Coach Josรฉ's wife! So let's get to know a little more about our newest Forge coach.
Adrial started coaching 4 years ago, and has been doing CrossFit since 2020 right before the gyms shut down. Her parents and brother were already doing CrossFit, and she was very interested but intimidated to start. Once Adrial finally tried out a gym, she never looked back.
Adrial has held a lot of jobs including being a barista and being in the army (where she & Jose met). Right now she is coaching at 3 different gyms in the CSprings area.
Jose and Adrial have been together for 8 years; they have a six year old son-Theo, and Josie is 16 months! They have a 4 year old husky named Scout. Adrial grew up here in the springs and my parents live here too. ๐
When not workung out or mom-ing, Adrial loves doing art projects, crafting with the Cricut, trying out all the coffee shops, watching movies and chilling at home with family.

How long have you been coaching?
๐๐ผ I have been coaching for about 2.5 years! Best job over!
What got you started on CrossFit-style workouts? How long have you been doing CrossFit?
๐๐ผ I picked up CrossFit When I deployed to Iraq in 2020 (but it was during quarantine so we had a pull up bar, a random 60lb dumbbell, and a big olโ rock we found). โ
Also, my wife joined a box back home and always expressed how amazing the community was and how awesome the workouts were! So I joined that gym as soon as I got home and havenโt looked back!
What do/did you do for a job besides coaching?
๐๐ผ I served 10 years in the United States Army๐บ๐ธ, and Iโm excited to see what coaching brings in the future!
What are your fav hobbies/activities outside of gym & work?
๐๐ผ. If Iโm not coaching Iโm spending as much quality time with my kids Theo and Josie ๐
I also love to cook Mexican food for my friends and family whenever we can!
Fav movement to see programmed?
๐๐ผ Burpees ๐ jk, push ups are my fav!

๐๐ผ Iโm originally from Bradenton, Florida.

๐๐ผ When I stepped into Forge the first time and was greeted with such a kind and inviting group of athletes and staff I knew this is where I was meant to be. So come on by and give a class a try! You wonโt regret it!
Chris Hoppe and his mom, Beth Hoppe, founded Progressive Fitness CrossFit in the summer of 2009. They opened their CrossFit Gym not only because they wanted to, but because they had to. Chris and Beth were both struggling with an Alcohol and Drug Addiction, as well as being very overweight. They were out of options and something had to change. The love and knowledge of the CrossFit community provided them with the change they were looking for, and they jumped in with both feet. Through countless hours working on nutrition and fitness, combined with the love and support of an amazing community, they found success. Together they have lost over 125lbs, gotten off all medications, climbed a combined 28-14,000ft peaks, and competed at both the CrossFit Regionals and CrossFit Games. But the best part of their journey is the community that was created along the way. Progressive Fitness CrossFit has become much more than just a gym or even a community, we are a family. The journey to health is hard, trust us, we know. But itโs so much easier with amazing people by your side and weโre with you every step of the way.
