Tomorrow! Saturday, 2-3:30! Join us for Q***r Dharma with Em & Sarah! Settle in together with our LGBTQIA+ & BIPOC community as we intentionally link the movement of breath with our sacred vessels. As we approach Spring, let’s get curious as to how we’ve been tending to ourselves before the first bloom. As always we will chant, hold space together, and take joy in our individual experiences as we move through an asana practice. Donation based. Come as you are! We hope to see you there 🏳️⚧️✨🏳️🌈

Have you attended Seva, the RootElder curated donation-based class that happens every Sunday 7-8p?! If not, definitely check it out, it's a beautiful opportunity to spend precious time in sacred space!

Are you having trouble slowing down, resting, or falling asleep? Are you experiencing stress or overwhelm and just need a break? Would you like to carve out some intentional time for self-care? Do you feel pressure to keep moving, or guilt when resting?
If any of the above apply, then this workshop is for you! Learn ways to tap into your body’s innate wisdom, bring compassionate curiosity to any inner resistance you feel to rest, and experience guided rest practices during this restorative evening.

-Quiet self-reflection (journaling, drawing, etc.)
-*Optional* sharing and reflecting as a group
-Guided movement/stillness practices to explore & promote states of rest

We are so looking forward to a weekend of celebrating Root and our community. We know not everyone can be with us in person, but we would love to hear from you if you feel moved to share how Root has been meaningful in your own life or practice. The first goal was to offer refuge and a space devoted to the real study of making these teachings real in the world. The notion of a sanctuary, a refuge, a space in which everyBODY can be seen and honored, is more salient than ever. Feel free to drop us a line or post below if you feel so inclined. It's been an honor to walk beside you.

Tonight! Join Susie this evening for a New Moon Flow! 6pm-7:15pm! You can register on our website or in the link found in the bio. We hope to see you there!

Healing happens in connection, yet stepping into a group healing space can often feel daunting. By demystifying the purpose and process of group healing, Amy will equip you with the knowledge and confidence to engage in The Work of Healing, both for your own growth and for the collective well-being of those around you. All classes Feb. 1 & 2 are FREE. Donations gratefully accepted at the door. We look forward to celebrating 10 years of Root together!
