Join us for a knotty afternoon! Mala beads are a tool used by many in their meditation. The beads are clicked through when counting mantra, prayers, or chanting- very similar to a rosary. Taryn will guide you through making your very own Mala. Price includes all the materials needed.

Heated Deep Stretch for Winter with

Jillayne began teaching yoga in 2018, specializing in Vinyasa Flow, Power Vinyasa, Vinyasa for Beginners, and YogiFit. Her journey into yoga started with nerves—so much so that she once threw up before her first class! But thanks to an incredible and welcoming teacher, she kept coming back and soon fell in love with the practice. That experience inspired her to create the same safe and supportive space for new yogis, especially those feeling hesitant or intimidated.

For Jillayne, yoga is more than just movement—it's a path to self-love, self-awareness, and empowerment. Her fitness-driven approach makes YogiFit a natural extension of her teaching style. In her classes, students can expect a balance of rigor and playfulness, with plenty of encouragement to laugh at mistakes and embrace the journey.

When she's not leading yoga sessions, Jillayne wears another hat as a Compliance Analyst by day, Yoga Teacher by night. Outside of work and teaching, she loves hiking in the mountains with her family, cooking big meals for anyone who’s hungry, and hosting ladies' nights for her closest friends.

Whether you're a nervous beginner or a seasoned yogi, Jillayne is ready to welcome you to the mat with energy, warmth, and a good sense of humor!

Free Beginners YogiFit
Try it out either April 19th or May 17th, 3:30pm-5pm

Intimidated by YogiFit? Check out this free class that will give you some basic moves at a slower pace.

A dynamic workout to compliment one's Yoga practice. A combination of mat Pilates, HIIT, Tabata, cardiovascular fitness, and free weights.

Practiced in mild heat and humidity to give it a bit more spice. Strength training, cardio, and joint mobility all in one. Different every time, but structured similarly enough that you'll get the hang of it in no time. Think of it like a scaled down crossfit. All movements may be easily modified to all fitness levels.

Bring a mat, towel, and water to class (rentals available).
