On behalf of the GR8 Ducks I’d like to wish a Happy Holidays to all families, supporters, and dtaff. It’s been an honor to be a part of this organization and communuty!

First and formost I’d like to thank the GR8est trio: Coach K, Coach Rome and Coach Keion for all the time, energy, and efforts in building GR8ness each and everyday! The platform you have built as well as the opportunities you have given us…ate priceless and each of you deaerve the flowers.

Growing up my family would discuss the Peak and the Pit to reflect, as we approach the New Year let's give it a try.

The Peaks : 5 of our 6 teams made it to the championship We engaged 300 athletes between Cheer, Football, and Flag We had a successful Lady Ducks season We celebrated 10 years as an Organization and the City of Buffalo made August 16th GR8 Day! making us the 1st Official Youth Football Program honored As a nationally ranked organization we took our kids on the road to ATL, NC, GA, NJ, and OH. The establishment of Be Elite Media and Marketing. Be Elite Causes was established allowing us to Sponsor athletes to participate in additional training camps.

The Pit : Lack of total parent participation/commitment. The negativity surrounding youth football The disconnect with the City of Buffalo Recreation Dept., limiting our efforts as we strive keep kids off the streets and engaged in sports.
