Sudbury Rowing Club

A quad, two doubles and a single made it out this morning for our opportunistic late October row. Thanks to Abi for driving our safety boat and to Heather for coxing the quad!

SRC rowers, safety boat will be out for one final row tomorrow morning (Saturday Oct 18) at 8 am! Come out for what should be a beautiful fall morning! Dress warmly and in layers.

Jenny Casson and Jill Moffatt officially kicked off their second Olympic Games together as a lightweight double crew here in Paris! They finished 3rd in their heat today and will race again tomorrow in the repechage at 5:00am EST time which is a qualifier for semi-finals. 🔜 ALLEZ CANADA! 🍁

Jenny Casson et Jill Moffatt ont officiellement donné le coup d’envoi de leurs deuxièmes Jeux Olympiques ensemble en double poids léger à Paris. Jill et Jenny ont terminé 3e de leur série aujourd’hui et courront à nouveau demain lors du repêchage à 17 h, heure de l’Est, qui est une qualification pour les demi-finales.
Le Canada est derrière vous ! C’est parti!
