Our club's Action Shooting Committee with the support and approval of the board are excited to announce, our new partnership that is bringing the exciting discipline of IPSC (International Practical Shooting Confederation) to our club in 2025!

Yesterday was the last workday at Crean Hill of 2024. We would like to thank all the volunteers that came out and got us ready for the winter as well as completing some much needed work.
- Stairs to the front door have been fixed
- Range #8 has signs and target backers up
- Distance markers on range #6 has been updated
- Target # signs have been corrected on all ranges
- trees were cut,bucked up, and split for firewood
- New table installed in the 100/200 shack
- mantaince done to the indoor range
- majority of the brass was cleaned up on the steel range
As well as a few more items
We held 4 work days this last year, the most we have ever done. We completed a ridiculous amount of work this year that would not have been possible without the volunteers from our club so again thank you to anyone who came out these last 4 work days to improve our club and make it the best it can be.

Tomorrow, Saturday November 9th is the last work day of the year. Some important items need to be taken care of before the snow hits us, so if you some time to spare tomorrow make sure to come to the club and help out. Start at 9am and BBQ lunch provided.

This past weekend CHGC hosted our 3rd annual Pumpkin shoot. Over 40 people attended and 150 pumpkins where shot up. Congratulations to this year Pumpkin shoot champion Sue Allen.

Yesterday PPC held their last outdoor match of the year and handed out their trophies from their big shoot last month. Big thank you to Greg and his crew for holding these matches all year long and a big thank you to Richard's breaks & alignments for sponsoring the PPC group.

The IPSC group held their 6th annual Northern Ontario Handgun Championship. 12 stages, 201 round count, 55 competitors, 1 winner. We hosted competitors from all over the province and were happy to have them.
Massive thank you to our set up and tear down crew, the RO'S, the RM, and everyone who helped out to make this match a success.
