Saturday morning yoga 9:15am
I used to teach a Saturday morning yoga class at Zen and it was one of my favourites. 9:15am was the magic time. 9 felt too early and 10 was way too late…9:15, perfection.
It’s a great recovery from the week. And an amazing way to start the weekend.

It’s not about the 4 walls the surround us, but the people and community within the walls that make something special. That might seem obvious but it’s something I’ve had to remind myself lately. I let go of my own studio 4.5 years ago and I’ve felt like I lost way more than just a space. But being back teaching classes and back with the girl dancing at pole camp, it’s more than just a space. It’s the energy we bring to it.
So here’s to 4 new walls, but the same vibe and the same energy 🥳🥳

I love moody lighting. Never been a fan of bright lights for class. Maybe it’s because we use mirrors and people tend to pick themselves apart when they’re looking in a mirror and who doesn’t look great in dark lighting 🥰
Maybe it’s the vibe it creates. Either way, I love moody lights when teaching and training. How about you??

Thank you so much for joining me on this journey! I love that we’re all get stronger and fitter together! I love that we all have the same health and wellness goals and we’re supporting each other to reach them! I love that we all have similar senses of humour and I feel like everyone feels so free to be themselves. I just love it all.
