The world is a mirror, reflecting back the agreements we choose to believe. Drama is born from attachment to stories, from the need to be right, to defend, to control.
When you refuse to engage in drama, you reclaim your energy, your truth, your power.
Today, observe without taking things personally. Speak with impeccable intent. Release what is not yours to carry.
Breathe in freedom. Breathe out illusion.

Even 1 Agreement will change your life -

Releasing our need to try to control our anxiety and stress is the best way to a peaceful mind and life. Its not an easy thing to do! If you have not checked out Mel Robbins, you are missing out on a lot of good, down to earth wisdom - highly recommend! I loved this - it really resonates with me.
This is something that took me a very long time to learn. I used to tolerate a lot because I didn't want to lose people. I learned the hard way if they were really my people they would never treat me like that. Don't make the mistake of being so understanding and forgiving that you overlook the fact that you're being repeatedly disrespected.
Let them be upset.
Let them judge you.
Let them misunderstand you.
Let them gossip about you,
Let them ignore you.
Let them be "right."
Let them doubt you.
Let them not like you.
Let them not speak to you.
Let them run your name in the ground.
Let them make you out to be the villain.
Whatever it is that people want to say about you, let them!
Kindly step aside and LET THEM.
The hard truth is they know how much they are hurting you. They just simply don't care. They did it knowing it could cause them to lose you. They did it anyway. People that love you care about how they make you feel.
The end.
Let them go.
There will be people that would rather lose you than be honest about what they've done to you. Let them go.
The lack of respect was the closure. The lack of apology was the closure. The lack of care was the closure. The lack of acountability was the closure. The lack of honestly was the closure. Let them go.
Make the decision to no longer sit at tables where you might be the topic when you get up. Let them go.
You can still be kind. You can even still love them deeply. But do it from the distance they created in their words and actions. Access to you is a privilege they have proven they can’t be trusted with. Let them go.
You don’t need to tell your side of the story. God already knows. Let God fight the battle for you. Let them go.
It’s taken me a long time to get here. Sleepless nights, countless tears, managing a range of emotions filled with anger, disappointment, confusion and deep hurt. Lots of self reflection, self preservation, deep prayer and seeking wisdom from those much wiser than me.
If you are struggling with this please know you are not alone. We will never understand why hurt people hurt people. But we can do the hard work to grow ourselves. Because healed people do in fact heal people.
Don’t you dare let them steal your joy.
Don’t you dare let them steal your light.
Don’t you dare let them steal your peace.
You are in control of that.
Hold tight to what you can control and release your grip on what you can’t control.
Let them go.
Officially from Zoe Matoff, Rachel's wife: I am sad to tell you that our beloved Rachel Pollack passed so peacefully and beautifully today at about 12:45 p.m. after a touching ceremony called Hand to Heart. Several of us stood in a circle. I had my hand on her heart. I began the circle by saying how much I love her and what she means to me. Each took their turn after me sharing their own feelings and appreciation of Rachel. I know that Rachel will continue to be a Light in this world and in the next. She will continue to inspire so many of our beloved Tarot community, the Science Fiction and Fantasy community, the Comics community, and the Transgender community for whom she shared so much respect and care. We have felt and cherished your love and prayers over the past months and years as Rachel experienced so many health challenges. We are One.
No words yet.. so many memories of shared Tarot wisdom on this Passover.
Rachel Pollack wrote the first tarot book Id read after getting my first deck. My first deck was the Rider Waite, which I used for years and still do. I did not know at that time that there were hundreds and hundreds of tarot decks, I did not know anything about tarot actually, just that it looked kewl and i would like to learn. Rachel was my first teacher through 78 Degrees of Wisdom - and what a class! Many years later, I was ready to get my first new deck. I did a lot of research and settled on the Haindl Tarot, and I ordered and read Rachel's two books on that deck and on the artist Hermann Haindl, which were fascinating.
I had the very huge privilege of meeting and networking with Rachel at the 4 Readers Studios I was invited to attend, and like most of my favorite Tarot artists and writers, she was giving and wise and soooo full of Tarot and history and Life. And there she was every year sharing all of that with all of us.
I would not be the reader I am today without Rachel Pollack. I think many of us would not be the readers we are today without Rachel Pollack.
I heard today that Rachel is headed on to things higher and beautiful today - and I am so sad - because we will all miss her, and I will miss her and her wisdom and smile. She has a beautiful smile.
Rachel Pollack - I am sending all my support and love your way as you continue and move forward on your journey. I wish you relief from all the pain you have been through and peace.. and my gratitude for all the colors you have added to my canvas - ❤️🧡💛💚💙

It’s so easy to forget how amazing you are. So resilient. So powerful. So totally and fully capable. You have this knack for getting through difficult times and your strength and fortitude, when applied to a tough situation, will never let you down. Never. So cheer up. Remember to believe in yourself. History is on your side and you have all the proof you need that you’ll make it: You’re still here! (and you’re not alone)🙋🏻♀️

Shout out to Medical Medium - this healing soup for colds and flu is fantastic! The taste is surprising considering it is a pot of veggies in water - but this is not only delicious, its nourishing. I love it, and i did not expect to - best surprise ever, and i am feeling better within 3 days of the zinc blast and this soup. And a HUGE thank you for all your help and all you do, its a lot and its been invaluable to me. For those of you looking for something helpful for colds and flu, and i know you are out there, because one of you gave this lovely holiday cold to me..lol...ingredients are easy and its is easy to make. Also, if you have not checked the Medical Medium out or books by Anthony William, you are missing out on a lot of healing information and support and ideas which can help you feel better and/or live a healthier life - I highly recommend - especially this soup! You can just drink the broth, which is what i am doing, or you can have it as a veggie soup. Seasoning is important, i used a little chili powder and some Himalayan salt (not a lot and can be done per cup instead of for the whole pot so you can use less), chili powder really made this good.
