🎧 If you choose to wear headphones on race day, ALWAYS have one ear free of noise to be able to hear runners coming up behind you.

🎧 If you continue to block the route, you may be pulled from the course.

What you need to know about Stretch Zone
🤸‍♀️ Stretch Zone is excited to partner with Only Fools Run to support runners in achieving their goals while prioritizing recovery and mobility. Their team looks forward to helping participants feel their best with expert stretching before and after the race!
🤸 They will provide a Recovery Tent with two tables that can give 5-minute stretching sessions for two athletes at a time.
🤸‍♂️ The Recovery Tent will be available from 7:00 AM (pre-race stretching) until 12:00 PM (to assist with post race recovery)
🤸‍♀️ On race day, participants can sign up for a time slot for a stretch session
