Sportsplex is not offering Open Play for volleyball. There is no open play at Sportsplex. If someone would like to take over the page and try to work something out with them-send a message, and the reigns will be turned over. ✌️

Hey Sportsplex Vballers-Due to a tournament this weekend, there will be NO OPEN PLAY on Friday April 8, 2022. Please share with your friends!

Open play volleyball tonight at the Sportsplex. $6 per person, masks may be required.

Happy Friday. As of now the Sportsplex will be open tonight for open play 5-9, $6/person. You may want to call before going to be sure they are not closing early due to weather. Feel free to use this post if you plan to attend and want to get a feel for how many people are heading out.

Open play at Sportsplex 5-9. Cost is $6. With new mask mandates in effect, masks may be required at all times, even during play-please be prepared.

Good news vballers…Friday active play at the Sportsplex will no longer require pre-registration!! As a reminder, there will be no active play until 2022 due to the Sportsplex being closed the next 2 Fridays for holidays. We’ll keep this page active for the next few weeks to remind everyone about Friday night play. Cost will remain $6.

Greensboro Sportsplex Active Play for FRIDAY DECEMBER 17, 2021 Pre-registration. Cost is $6 (cash or card).

This will be the last active play for 2021 as the Sportsplex will be closed the next 2 Fridays (12/24 and 12/31).

This post will be used to collect names of people for Active Play from 5pm-9pm. You may arrive anytime. Max 45 players allowed. We will do our best to manage the replies throughout the day to note if capacity is reached, but please do your best to check as well. We will send the names to the Sportsplex of the first 45 people to comment only. You may register for yourself and ONE additional person, but you must comment that persons name in a separate comment from yourself. If you sign up you are expected to attend, please do not sign up yourself or others just to reserve a spot if you are unsure of your attendance.

Invite your vball friends that will want to participate in Friday evening active plays at Sportsplex to like this page. Hopefully the Sportsplex will begin to allow open play again over the next few months and we will no longer need to limit players or pre-register…but until then, this is the only way to participate in Friday evenings at Sportsplex.

Nov. 12 will be the first active play. We will post on Nov. 11 to get names. It is important that you have patience with this page and the Sportsplex as we navigate active play at Sportsplex.

Please bear with us as we introduce a new indoor volleyball experience for the Triad.

When:
Fridays 5pm-9pm (closed on holidays-please call on/around holidays to check if open if not posted on this page)

Cost:
$6 paid upon arrival

Basic Housekeeping:
You are required to wear a mask upon entering and exiting the facility. Masks also must be worn to restrooms. Masks are encouraged to be worn during activity as well.

If there are players waiting to play, follow “play 2, sit 1”. As long as players are receiving equal playing time, there will be no requirement to count off for teams.

General Page Rules: This page is for active play at the Sportsplex only. Please do not use this page to post about other tournaments, open plays, etc. Do not use this page for personal use. Do not use profanity or offensive language/references on this page. If you violate the very simple page rules, you’ll be banned without warning.

If we can show the Sportsplex that we can abide by the rules, there may be opportunities to add additional days. Please be respectful.
