The Supersets class – this was us before the Supersets class on a Monday @ 12:15! The class is easy to follow along and there are modifications to make it more or less difficult based on your need. The class is led by Sarah Oman, an instructor and personal trainer at Fitness 307. Sarah has been teaching for over 10 years and has fine tuned this class to accommodate all ages and fitness levels. This 45 min class will get your heart rate up, target key muscles, and wrap with a cool down stretch at the end. Supersets class is Monday @ 11:10, 12:15 and 4:45. Wednesday @ 11:10 and 4:45, Friday is one class @ 11:10 with focus on squats and upper body. Come join us!

Meet Jan and Tim! They are our "streakers" at the gym. What is a "streaker?" A person who starts a walking or running streak and can't break the streak! Sarah challenged them to walk or run, one mile every day. NO DAYS OFF. And, they have both done so for over 3 years! Rain or shine – Sick or snow, you will find them logging their mile. Congratulations to you both. These two are a shining example of dedication, discipline, and a I won't quit attitude. You are inspiring to many people! Fun fact, Tim is 81. He is Sarah's father. Movement is LIFE!

For me, Zumba is more than a dance aerobic class. It is a way to celebrate music and dance from many cultures and allows self expression through dance fitness.
Come dance and sweat with me! The music is LOUD, the steps are FAST, and the JOY is contagious!”

“Hi, I’m Lauren and I’m one of the Zumba subs! I’m a Cheyenne native and quite literally grew up in the gym. My mom, Kathy, has been a fitness instructor for nearly 35 years. My younger sister and I would often get ready for school in the gym locker room. I spent most of my formative years in various dance classes, which later developed my love for Zumba. I’ve attended my mom’s Zumba classes since 2011 and became certified in the summer of 2024. If you’re like me and don’t enjoy traditional cardio, give Zumba a try! No coordination or skill needed, just keep moving, enjoy the music, and together we’ll dance our way to improved cardiovascular health, balance, and coordination!”

“Hi, my name is LaVerna! I live in Chugwater and teach Zumba at the local gym there. I am the wife of a rancher, homeschooled my 4 kids, and after they grew up and made us empty nesters, I didn’t know what to do with myself! I enjoy working out and I love to dance, so I decided to try out for Zumba! I attended Lisa’s Zumba class at Fitness 307 in 2018, and then got my certification the end of that year. I began teaching Zumba in February 2019, and I absolutely love it! I wanted more, so I went on to get my Zumba Toning Certification in January 2023!

I love being a Zumba sub at Fitness 307. It’s an awesome gym, with wonderful people! I trade off with three other Zumba subs during the winter months. Come to Dance ‘N Tone with me!”

This experience not only tested my endurance but also ignited my commitment to health and fitness. Eager to become a more well-rounded athlete, I joined Fitness 307 to diversify my training and enhance my overall performance. Hey there! My name is Luke and I began taking my fitness seriously around 8 years ago. I had always been somewhat active but I was very scrawny for my size. I knew nothing about lifting back then and had to spend a lot of time researching how to achieve my goals. I started coming to Fitness 307 in 2019. Since then I’ve gained 40 pounds… mostly muscle. Through my fitness journey I’ve discovered countless mental and physical benefits. I look/feel better than ever! It hasn’t always been easy with my busy and physical lifestyle. But staying as consistent as possible, getting enough sleep, choosing a workout optimal for my goal, and eating based on that goal has been my key to success. I’ve been to a lot of privately owned gyms and Fitness 307 is one of the cleanest I’ve been to. The fact they’re open 24/7 is essential for my erratic schedule. I’ve also made more friends here at Fitness 307 than I can count. It’s a community as much as it is a gym. Which is a big contributing factor to keeping me motivated through my workouts. For these reasons Fitness 307 will always be special to me. Happy Friday everyone!

Hi! My name is Challan! I have been going to the gym consistently for about 4 years now! I started out at my home gym at 115 lbs bodyweight and I wanted to better myself and grow. So, I began to teach myself good form and dieting, and eventually I learned more about myself and my character. As time continued, I became more confident, stronger, and wiser! I appreciate Fitness 307 for providing me a comfortable place to workout, grow and meet new amazing people!

Mondays and the other noon classes have become so full that we need to add another class!

Come join Sarah O. on Mondays in September, @ 12:15 to 1 pm.
You have your choice of 3 classes now on Monday: 11:15am, 12:15pm and 4:45pm.

SUPERSETS - We keep the moves basic to accommodate all fitness levels. We work lower body for 30 seconds, then upper body for 30 seconds.

High school kids, wanting to get in shape for other sports? This will help with your goals. The 4:45pm class is a great option.

Hi- My name is Jacob! I started my fitness journey 4 years ago. When I first started going to the gym I didn’t know how to lift weights correctly or build muscle. I wanted to learn and grow my knowledge for myself and to hopefully teach others one day the importance of fitness and help others. My best friend started training with me two years ago at Fitness 307 off Vandehei. Ever since we have been pushing each other to be better. Fitness 307 sometime looks packed but is big enough that you never have to wait for equipment. The equipment at the gym is great and the sauna at the end of a workout is amazing!

Sarah Oman teaches supersets, your go to class to get a full body workout, at your own pace. Moves are timed, so you are in charge of how many reps you complete. All ages and fitness levels are invited to attend. Movement modifications are shown when needed. You will get your heart pumping and each muscle group developed. Sarah believes that movement is the key to life! She has taught at Fitness 307 for 9 years and she’s also a personal trainer. Join her classes on M/W/F. 3.5 years ago I decided to quit drinking and the reason was because I was starting to have liver and kidney problems. They were not functioning as good as they were supposed to be. I was having really bad gout and I was a raging alcoholic. I decided to use the gym to help me quit drinking alcohol. The day that I quit drinking I came to the gym Fitness 307 saved my life I firmly believe that without it, I would’ve drank myself to death, and that was the beginning of my transformation.

When I started coming to the gym, it was very difficult. I would just go through the motions of lifting the weight and putting it back down. I didn’t feel that I was getting any benefit from it but I kept pushing forward because I knew that there would be a time when I would start to feel better about being in the gym. It took about 3 months before I started feeling the good effects from the gym and what I mean by that is the endorphins that make you feel good and happy. Once I found those it became easier to be in the gym and I decided to change the look of my appearance. I set myself on a 1500 cal diet and it was very scary to get started. I didn’t know what I was going to eat and how I was gonna stick to it but I knew that I was going to start it. You just have to make a healthier version of food and after I made some good progress, I started a cheat day every week which allowed me to have a snack, a meal of my choice something to help keep the next week going so that you have something to look forward to and if you’re someone like me who needs a little sugar every day what you do is set aside a few calories for your favorite snack. I worked out every day for about 3 hours a day on the weekdays, and about 5 to 6 hours on weekends but that does not mean it has to be like that for everybody, that’s just what I have done.

I have lost 77 pounds and I love the fact that Fitness 307 is open 24 hours so I can get my workout anytime. I like the environment and people here are friendly.
