Good morning folks!
While working for a land trust a few years ago, I discovered a way that the IRS allows churches/nonprofits to sustain themselves with business income (they call it Unrelated Business Income). UBI is typically misunderstood and underutilized. As a result, many organizations are forfeiting revenue opportunities.
